Great hidden gem in New Haven. Very clean, great furniture, centrally located and very walkable to Yale and all the great cafes, bars and restaurants in New Haven. Host was very helpful and process was simple and seamless. Thanks!

I recently stayed at Hyatus Stays' luxury apartments at Pierpont City Crossing, and it exceeded my expectations. As a frequent business traveler, I prioritize cleanliness and comfort, and Hyatus did not disappoint. The apartment was spotless, with freshly sanitized surfaces, and the extra attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment really stood out. Their customer support team is also phenomenal. I had a parcel that I couldn't collect because of back-to-back meetings, and they made sure it was safe using their amazing parcel system and even better guest support team. Plus, the location is perfect—there are plenty of walkable coffee shops nearby, which made it easy for me to work outside of my room whenever I wanted. The wifi speed was another great thing about Hyatus Stay. Highly recommend Hyatus Stays for anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable experience!
